Meet Polly
A life devoted
to faith, wisdom
and wholeness.
Polly Harder is the Director and President of Jordan House Ministries, Inc., the nonprofit ministry she founded in 1993 to mentor and counsel people as they transition from unproductive seasons into the plans and purposes God has for them.
Counseling & ministry
With more than 35 years of counseling experience, Polly offers Christian, faith-based care to individuals, marriages and families across areas of trauma and dysfunction. Her prophetic anointing helps her counsel clients accurately and effectively. Jordan House Ministries also works with churches and ministries as they establish outreach programs.
Entrepreneurship & publishing
Polly brings 48 years of entrepreneurial experience, including ownership of six companies and marketplace work in training, management, publishing and counseling. In 2006, she founded R.H. Publishing to help writers bring their passion to the marketplace. Through ghostwriting, editing and creative interior and cover design, she has helped nationally and internationally known authors bring their writing to life.
Editorial leadership & speaking
For a little over 12 years, Polly served at Christ For The Nations in Dallas, first as Managing Editor and then as Director of Publishing. She taught Writing to Publish and Emotional Health and Wholeness, and continues to serve part-time as Managing Editor for Christian-based magazines. She also speaks at conferences and individual events about overcoming the past and becoming emotionally well and whole.
Education & credentials
Polly is a graduate of Rhema Bible Training Center in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, where she majored in Pastoral Counseling. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Theology and Biblical Studies from Life Christian University and a master’s degree in Pastoral Ministry. She is licensed and ordained through World Bible Way Fellowship, and Jordan House Ministries is a member of Full Gospel Fellowship of Churches and Ministers International in Irving, Texas.
